Star award spotlights Prudential’s top performers

Prudential California Realty is proud to congratulate the recipients of the Orange County Star award for the month of March 2012. The award was created by Prudential’s Regional Vice President of Orange County Patti Brotherton, to recognize the dedicated individuals that exemplify the company’s mission to provide a superior standard of representation and service to the community.

“It’s really great to have an opportunity to send out a formal thank you to everyone in the Prudential family every month,” said Brotherton, who also serves as the manager of the San Clemente and Monarch Beach offices. “Their effort and tenacity are the fuel that drives our company forward.”

A different winner of the Star award is chosen each month by the managers of Prudential’s network of offices spanning

Orange County. In the Corona del Mar office, Lorraine Gayton of the Forgey Team was chosen for the patience and enthusiasm she exudes when assisting her clients, and for making each transaction a delight.

Stacey Glenzer of Pickford Escrow in Newport Beach was honored for the professionalism and attention to detail she applies to successfully manage escrows, ensuring that everyone can rest easy in the knowledge that the clients involved in every transaction will have a positive experience.

In Mission Viejo, Kevin Hill was recognized for his extensive local knowledge, which contributed to him finishing in first place in the office for his sales in 2011. For Ladera Ranch, Dina Williams and Dede Engelbrecht earned the award for the work ethic and negotiating expertise that helped to

make them the top agents in their office last year.

Diane Merassa of the Irvine office was chosen for the incredible job that she did as a featured expert on a recent county-wide panel about short sales, and for providing her fellow agents with useful advice. Prudential Rancho Santa Margarita honored Bob Hamidi for his focus on client care and knowledge of foreclosures, which made him the No. 1 ranked agent in his office for his sales achievements in 2011.

In Laguna Niguel, Sari Ward of the Orlando Team was commended for the assistance that she provides for the office, and for her willingness to share her knowledge with her fellow agents. Valerie Drey of the Laguna Beach office was recognized for her supportiveness and helpful spirit around the office, as well as for her trusted network of area

connections, which recently allowed her to resolve an extremely difficult issue with one of her clients’ transactions.

Roberta LaBarbera of the Monarch Beach office was chosen for the service that she provides to all of the agents in her office and her exceptional follow through, which makes her a very valuable member of the staff. For San Clemente, Mark Klein was honored for all the help he consistently provides to his colleagues in the office.
