
Village Laguna’s Charm House Tour set for May 20
The 40th annual Village Laguna Charm House Tour is scheduled for Sunday, May 20, 2012. The tour, featuring five of Laguna Beach’s most interesting homes, is presented by Village Laguna, a community organization that supports activities that conserve and enhance the unique village character of Laguna Beach.
This year’s selection of eclectic homes includes both contemporary and classic structures. Two of the featured homes were significantly impacted by the famous Laguna landslides in the Bluebird Canyon area.
Tickets for the Charm House Tour may be purchased for $45 in advance and $50 on the day of the event, if there are any available. Ticket outlets are located at Animal Crackers for Pets, 30822 S. The tour begins at the grounds of the Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Road. Specially chartered buses transport participants from the festival grounds to each of the houses and back at the conclusion of the tour. The first bus is scheduled to leave the festival grounds at Noon and the last bus is scheduled for approximately 3 p.m.
