Shan Womack
Scott MacDonald, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Newport Beach office, is pleased to announce that Shan Womack has rejoined his office. “Shan has many years of real estate experience and we are excited to have her back on the team,” Macdonald said. “She is widely respected for her community involvement and focus on providing her clients with a favorable outcome for their transactions.”
Womack has spent the past 10 years serving as a member of the board of directors for Childhelp, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse. She commented that, “Part of the reason I love working with Childhelp so much is the one-on-one time I get to spend with our kids in the Special Friend Program,

helping them to feel the love they deserve but did not receive at home.”
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Womack began her real estate career 18 years ago as a specialist in residential properties. She rose to the status of top listing and sales agent for her former company before she relocated to Newport Beach in 2001.
As a sales associate for Prudential Newport Beach, Womack excelled as a result of her negotiating skills and commitment to match her services to the needs of her clients. Though she was able to continue the trend she started in Utah and passed numerous sales milestones, she left the company in 2006 to form a debt consolidation business.
Womack’s decision to return to real estate was motivated by a desire to
reconnect with her clients. “It’s such a pleasure to know that my efforts have been responsible for ensuring that my clients’ dreams of home ownership come true,” says Womack.
Now that she has transitioned back into real estate, Womack is eager to apply the knowledge she gained from helping people reorganize their debt to facilitate the best possible result for homeowners facing foreclosure or considering a short sale. She added that, “My goal is to help my clients find a course of action that will better their future.”
