Legendary year for top producer Dailey of Prudential’s Monarch Beach office

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services recently honored real estate veteran Suzi Dailey with the company’s Legend Award at the annual convention in Orlando, Florida. The award recognizes market-leading agents who have won the Chairman’s Circle award on five occasions in their career. Dailey has won the Chairman’s Circle award five years in a row despite a challenging real estate market.
Known for her relationships with international clients, Dailey specializes in luxury homes and oceanfront estates from Carlsbad and San Clemente to Salt Creek, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. She has sold gorgeous estates to clients from all over the world including Dubai, Taiwan, India, Iran and China. She has been invited to the Mideast twice. She welcomes families from Russia, England, Sweden, Brazil and numerous other countries to our area. DaileybytheSea could also be called DaileybytheSeas. Dailey lived overseas and has traveled extensively to six of the seven continents around the world. She considers it an
honor and a privilege to assist international families in their real estate needs.

The owner of a highly successful interior design and remodeling firm for 15 years, Dailey enjoys sharing her experience to provide her buyers with useful insights about the physical condition and potential for renovation of specific properties. For sellers, she develops comprehensive marketing campaigns and leverages her understanding of design to ensure that each home makes a positive impression.

A graduate of the University of Oregon and Stanford University, where she earned a degree in both telecommunications and journalism/advertising, she is known for her focus on surpassing the expectations of her clients.
When Dailey began her career as a residential sales associate, she finished her first year as the No. 1 agent in her office for her sales production and revenue. Dailey has excelled as a result of her professionalism and discretion, combined with her commitment to provide attentive and thorough representation.
