
Prudential California Realty agent, Suzy Arriola, recently helped sponsor the Viejo Little League’s opening day festivities. The event featured a wildly successful coloring contest for the children and a raffle for the adults, as well as appearances by the mayor of Mission Viejo and Bobby Grich, a world series baseball player who threw out the first pitch.

helped send the Vipers Black team to the National Cooperstown Tournament of Champions last fall.
The winners of the coloring contest were allowed to choose between a gift card from either Toy’s R Us or Dick’s Sporting Goods. Seven-year-old Jackson from Las Flores won the boy’s division, and six-year-old Vanessa from Mission Viejo took home first place honors for the girl’s division.
A resident of Las Flores for the past 15 years, Arriola was on hand to cheer on her favorite team and answer questions pertaining to real estate. “It’s still a great time to buy,” says Arriola, “lately we have seen a number of listings receive multiple offers. I would definitely encourage those people who have been waiting for the perfect time to buy to consider making a decision, as the market seems to be recovering.”
To ensure her buyers and sellers receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals, Arriola has continually worked to refine her skills and advance her industry knowledge. She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource
