The grand opening of LivingSmart® Homes Parkside by Pardee Homes will take place on Saturday, July 28. The new neighborhood of two-story homes in the master-planned community of Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore will bring 73 new homes, priced from the $170,000s to the $190,000s, to the area. The grand opening will include model home tours, a prize drawing for gift cards to local merchants and a visit by the We Heart Froyo food truck from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
