The idea that Prudential was originally formed as an agent-centric organization is tossed around a lot. What this means is simply that our goal as a company is to support our agents in every possible way, so they can effectively serve the needs of their clients.

To ensure that our buyers and sellers receive an exceptional standard of service, we have made various coaching programs available for our agents. Our goal with making these programs available is to ensure that all of our agents receive the benefit of having a customized training and coaching program. We recognize that a “one size fits all” training philosophy is completely ineffective.
