Mills brings financial, marketing expertise to Prudential
Scott MacDonald, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Newport Beach office, is pleased to announce that Susan Mills has joined his team. “Susan’s years of experience in marketing and custom home building are backed by a solid educational background,” says MacDonald. “She is a tremendous asset to our company and I’m confident that she will rise to the top of our industry.”
A graduate of the University of California Irvine (UCI) and the University of Southern California, where she earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Mills spent the first 10 years of her career as a marketing professional in the medical device industry. For the past 17 years she has worked as an independent construction design consultant, working with a wide variety of clientele, developing products that
meet their desires and needs.
Mills is confident that her experience in assisting people with custom home development and remodeling projects, combined with her understanding of how to manage and exchange investment properties, will facilitate a successful transition into residential sales. “Every client and property has its own unique personality,” Mills said. “I’m excited about the chance to apply my past experiences and success in marketing to help my clients realize their goals.”
With extensive knowledge of the school districts and neighborhood amenities within South Orange County, Mills is a valuable and trusted advisor to her clients. A resident of Balboa Island, she recently moved to the area from Coto De Caza, where she lived for 16 years in a home that she built with her husband.

Mills is heavily involved with her community. She is a previous board member for the UCI Alumni Association and the Education for the Children Foundation; additionally she has frequently volunteered her time with the US Air Force Academy Parents Association and the Balboa Island Improvement Association. Mills enjoys costume design, traveling and spending time with her family.
