Prudential Offering Goal Setting, Business Planning Workshops

At Prudential we believe that our success is dependent on our ability to connect our agents to a wealth of ideas and resources, all

aimed at providing a direct and substantial benefit to their business. With that in mind we have established a series of goal setting and business planning workshops

that will be offered in each of our offices in Orange County, until the end of the year.

These workshops will give our agents the chance to receive personal attention and

learn from each other in a relaxing, small group environment. We believe that these

workshops will encourage our agents to be more open and active in sharing their

examples of personal successes and failures, as well as their ideas for building a thriving business.

Each and every person brings a unique combination of skills, experience and

knowledge to these meetings. This creates an unprecedented opportunity

for personal growth and the sharing of information. In short, bringing everyone

together in an informal setting delivers a win for everyone involved, especially our clients.

As a real estate professional for so many years, I have a personal insight into the challenges associated with balancing

a personal life with the demands of a successful career. Having the chance to share the ideas and strategies that have been essential to me, as I have worked to achieve my goals, has truly been enjoyable

for me. I have explained everything in great detail and complexity within the pages of my book, Shoot for the Moon.

One of the recurring themes seems to be that all of us need to be reminded about

the necessity of re-focusing our energy and taking personal time to rejuvenate, as well

as how to be more efficient with the time that we have. Writing down what is really

important for us to achieve on a short- and long-term basis is extremely important. Having small groups where we are all held accountable to each other creates an environment where everyone can achieve a greater result.

The advantage to our clients is a positive experience during their transaction and a favorable outcome at the close of escrow. By getting our agents together to share

information, our clients benefit from the combined experience and skills of everyone involved. Having someone else’s take on a situation or perspective on a

transaction can be the difference between a successful closing and a property falling out of escrow.

Our goal setting and business planning workshops will bring success to our company, agents and clients. The goal is to make ourselves aware of what it takes to succeed in the real estate arena,

and then create an actionable strategy for accomplishing that goal. Our new

workshops are a critical element of our strategy for success.
