Brightwater’s three new neighborhoods feature 11 floorplan designs.

Pricing starts in the mid $800,000s and ranges to over $2 million. Living spaces range from approximately 1,992 to 2,685 square feet at Capri; 3,192 to 3,732 square feet at Seaglass; and 3,751 to 4,764 square feet at azurene.
