FIRST TEAM WELCOMES RIC HERNANDEZ TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

First Team Real Estate, Orange County’s most popular real estate company, has added Ric Hernandez to its expanding management team. As Regional Manager for the South Orange County area, Ric’s initial responsibilities will involve working with managers of the Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch and San Clemente offices. In this role he will ensure that First Team’s proprietary systems, models and resources will be utilized to their maximum efficiency by First Team managers and agents.

Ric’s experience includes more than 20 years real estate management and executive coaching positions for the industry’s premier brokerages. His innate ability to identify problem areas and recognize areas of need is second only to his ability to implement cost effective solutions that don’t compromise integrity and that enhance the company’s brand identity and culture.
