than $10,000 was raised by the Orange County chapter of The Charitable Foundation, an agent community outreach of Prudential California Realty, one of the nation’s largest residential brokerages, and soon to be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
The funds will be given out to local Orange County non-profit organizations.
Since its formation, The Charitable Foundation has raised more than $4 million among its chapters in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.
The event was held at The Strands Clubhouse, a highly exclusive oceanfront community in Dana Point.
The night’s theme was an Endless Summer Cocktail and included a fashion show.
More than 150 agents attended and 20 agents participated in the fashion show, modeling clothing from Cache, Hobie Surf

“It was a picture perfect evening with sunsets and summer fashions by the pool. I was honored to be a participant and the overseer of the fashion show,” said Liz Hanzche, acting chair of event, fashion show coordinator and one of the models. “All of our models were excited at
the event and want to participate in future fashion shows. Everyone enjoyed this event and we hope to make it a yearly thing.”
In past years, the Orange County chapter has partnered with the Beckstrand Cancer Foundation, Habitat for Humanity of OC, the Surfrider Foundation, Kids Konnected, and other local non-profits.
