Friendships
are forming. connections are occurring. And, the seeds of community life are being planted as a host of fun events take place at Sendero, the first village now selling homes on the new ranch community of Rancho mission Viejo in scenic, near-it-all South orange county.
Sendero offers 11 brand new residential neighborhoods, priced from the high $300,000s to just over $1 million, including four neighborhoods exclusive to the 55-plus crowd within the gated enclave of Gavilan. in addition, three clubhouses, pools, spas, a children’s splash area, a village green, hiking/ biking trails, and so much more are already open for residents to use and enjoy.
“Here on The Ranch, our parks and gathering places come alive with year-round activity,” said nadine corrigan, Vice President of marketing for Rancho mission Viejo, LLc, community planner/developer.

“As part of the unique culture of care and hospitality found only on The Ranch, residents are encouraged to form clubs and engage in all sorts of events to help foster connections, create great moments and build the foundation for a rich and meaningful lifestyle.”
Already conducted at Sendero was an evening of music, picnics on the green and fireside storytelling during Ranch Discovery Days which celebrates the heritage of Rancho mission Viejo’s active cowboy culture while last month’s “Harvest on the Ranch” included culinary tastings and libations to honor the Ranch’s agrarian practices. And, coming up this month are new resident “meet and mingle” mixers to be conducted at some of Sendero’s more popular gathering spots including the Hacienda clubhouse and its oversized bar (for residents age 55-plus) or at the all-age outpost with its pool-side bar, bocce courts, hammock
garden, and fire pits with lots of outdoor seating. And soon, as December approaches, the recreational hub and social center of Sendero will welcome the holidays with “el Prado in Lights.”
“Rancho mission Viejo is a working ranch and farm as well as home to the majestic open spaces of The Reserve at Rancho mission Viejo,” said corrigan. “All residents of The Ranch are afforded access to Reserve events including last month’s Hunter’s moon Hike and the upcoming Fall Fitness Walk and even a special mistletoe
and native Plants Walk. These are just some of the many advantages of living at Sendero
on The Ranch.”
