Berkshire Hathaway welcomes agent Kathy de los Monteros

de los Monteros, an experienced agent with a complex understanding of the San Clemente real estate market, has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties’ San Clemente office.

De los Monteros graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in interior design, home economics and manage ment.

An Orange County resident for 26 years, she now lives in ahistoric 1929 home in San Clemente. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandson.

De los Monteros is an avid supporter of The Charitable Foundation, Homefront America and Habitat for Humanity, as well as various efforts aimed at animal welfare and disaster relief.
