Owner of Century 21 Masters Neil Schwartz welcomed Real Estate Professional Kate Targanski to the firm’s Orange County office in Irvine this week. She specializes in the areas of Irvine, Tustin, Laguna.

Schwartz said, “Kate has been in the business for five years and holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. The foundation of her business success is hard work and grinding it out every single day. Moving across the country to a market she didn’t yet know, without a sphere of influence or database to rely on didn’t allow for many other options … and so her work ethic is fantastic! She shows up with an attitude and approach of contribution. She looks for people that she can help on a daily basis and is 100% committed to providing them a great Real Estate experience.”

Targanski says that she joined Century 21 Masters because of, “… the structure and coaching that Neil has in place. I’ve learned the hard way my first 6 months out here that a goal without a written plan, structure and accountability is just a delusion.”

She notes that her business has changed significantly since joining C21 Masters, “since joining C21 Masters, I implement more structure and discipline than I am used to.
