achieve their goals with her passion for real estate. Raised in a family with a real estate background in Taiwan, she developed a talent for negotiating from her numerous experiences conducting personal transactions and managing rental properties.

“Real estate was a natural progression for me,

because I consider it a privilege and an honor to have a chance to help my friends and relatives find good properties for their families,” says Tye, who is fluent in Taiwanese and the Mandarin dialect of Chinese.

Tye believes her background will allow her to develop highly accurate, detailed evaluations of specific properties.

“Being able to gauge the true market value of a property is a benefit to buyers and sellers alike,” said Tye.
