The awards were presented the same weekend that Pavilion Park celebrated the one-year anniversary of its grand opening with a Find Your Happiness Home Tour featuring fun, games and entertainment. Providing a lively soundtrack to the event were the Wimberley Bluegrass Band on Saturday afternoon and a jazz combo on Sunday. Guests had the opportunity to play a variety of lawn games and youngsters were entertained by a coloring station, loom band bracelet station, origami demonstration and a balloon animal artist. Pavilion Park’s new-home sales teams joined in the festivities, serving up food, drinks and giveaways at their beautifully decorated model homes.
Pavilion Park homes span approximately 1,767 to 4,223 square feet with prices ranging from the mid $700,000s to
