month, a team of more than 30 Surterre Properties ® agents did more than take a stand against cancer. The team of agents – REAL- TORS ® for Life – participated in this year’s 24-hour Relay for Life, one of the biggest fundraisers for the American Cancer Society. The REALTORS ® for Life team dedicated months of their time to raising funds and donations before the event.

The team not only raised money, but also spread awareness all summer long. Its efforts included a booth at the Second Annual Dana Point Food, Wine and Music Festival and a booth at

Surterre’s Relay for Life team raises money, awareness in fight against cancer

the Summer Concert Series at Sea Terrace Park. Together, the team at Surterre raised $3,445 in donations, nearly $1,000 over its original goal.

The team camped overnight during the Dana Point Relay for Life and took turns walking around the

track for 24 hours to symbolize the fact that the fight against cancer never sleeps.
