For
the second time in four months, Pavilion Park, the first of Irvine’s Great Park neighborhoods, has been honored
as Master-Planned Community of the year. The community’s latest triumph came at the International Builders Show (IBS), where Pavilion Park virtually swept The nationals competition and took Platinum honors in the Best In American Living
Awards (BALA).
The nationals recognize the year’s most outstanding work in residential real estate sales, marketing and design. Sponsored by the national Sales and Marketing Council (nSMC) of the national Association of Home Builders (nAHB), it is the nation’s largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities. Along with Master-Planned Community of the year, Pavilion Park took seven Gold and nine Silver Awards in the competition, which drew more than 1,300 entries from the united

States and Canada. Pavilion Park was lauded for unique elements that express its “Life will be different here” marketing theme. Among these are trails, mature trees, a central park, greenhouse and outdoor recreational and entertainment spaces.
one example of Pavilion Park’s distinctive outdoor amenities is its Visitor Terrace and greenhouse, which received a Platinum Award for “Best Community Facility” from BALA judges. Sponsored by nAHB and Professional Builder, BALA honors the nation’s most creative and innovative builders, remodelers, architects, developers and land planners.
These most recent awards add to an impressive roster of accolades for Pavilion Park in its debut year. Last october, the neighborhood was named Master-Planned Community of the year and received multiple additional awards at the SoCal Awards, which pay tribute to all
facets of professional achievement in the Southern California homebuilding industry. Also last year, the prestigious Gold nugget Awards bestowed aGrand Award on Pavilion Park as Sustainable Community and Awards of Merit for community development and planning. Presented at PCBC/The Builders’ Show, Gold nugget focuses on thoughtful land use concepts and architectural excellence.
Pavilion Park’s winning streak reflects the opinions of both respected industry professionals and discriminating home buyers. Five of the neighborhood’s original 10 residential collections have already sold out, and fewer than 40 homes remain in this award-winning neighborhood. The homes span approximately 1,767 to 4,223 square feet and are priced from the mid $700,000s to over $1.5 million.
one of Pavilion Park’s biggest attractions is an inspired community design that promotes
connectivity among residents. The centerpiece of that design is the neighborhood’s more than 5-acre park, which features the award-winning Visitor Terrace and neighborhood greenhouse as well as an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, private swim area, sport courts, expansive lawn and a uniquely designed children’s playground.
In the heart of California’s orange County, Great Park neighborhoods is the only

The community will ultimately include an innovative blend of “main street” retail, office and educational uses, and will link miles of new public hiking and biking trails to the Cleveland national Forest, the Great Park and Irvine Transit Center.
