
Dennis Bellavia joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Monarch Beach office
Real
estate industry veteran Dennis Bellavia has joined the Monarch Beach office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a Realtorbroker associate.
“Dennis has worked in all aspects of real estate the past 21 years,” said office manager Wayne Woodyard.
“His academic marketing background, coupled with his extensive real estate experience and love of art, gives him a keen advantage and sense of true passion when representing clients,” he said.

accomplish their dreams of living in a wonderful home or investing in real estate as a means of creating long-term discretionary income,” said Bellavia, who lives in Monarch Beach with his wife and three children.
Bellavia became a licensed real estate appraiser in the early 1990s, and as a banker holds a national mortgage license. He also is certified as an accredited teacher of appraisal techniques.
He is a member the Windward Sailing Club in Newport Beach, a martial artist with a second-degree black belt and an impressionist painter of landscapes and ocean settings.
He designed the marble seahorse statue and fountain on Pacific Coast Highway in front of Pointe Monarch Estates.

Mary
Lee Blaylock has joined San Diego-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as senior vice president and general manager.
The former president and CEO of HomeServices Relocation, Blaylock and her family have relocated to Poway from Minneapolis.
“Mary Lee’s strong customer focus, ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and drive to succeed are outstanding,” said David M. Cabot, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Blaylock began her in career with Edina Realty Inc.

in 1992 as a Realtor in Minneapolis. In 1999, she was
promoted to vice president of Edina Realty Relocation.
In 2004, Blaylock was named president of Home-
Services Relocation. Under her leadership, the organization
grew from a startup company to a global relocation
provider with operation centers in Winston-Salem,
N.C., Philadelphia and Minneapolis.
