NEW MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION ON THE RANCH

Montessori Academy on The Ranch is now under construction and set to open in the summer of 2018 at the hillside village of Esencia on Rancho Mission Viejo.

Situated atop the highest elevations of The Ranch, the neighborhoods at Esencia are currently offered in two different collections, where homes range from the low $400,000s to over $1 million. And, coming soon to Esencia are The North- Walk Neighborhoods with homes starting in the low $300,000s.

According to Kim, Montessori classrooms are specifically designed to engage and encourage young children explore freely, make discoveries, and celebrate their new found abilities in order to develop a foundation for a life of joyful and successful learning.

The school will operate year-round from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offer childcare for children ages

Montessori Academy on The Ranch is the second school under construction on The Ranch. In May 2017, Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) broke ground on Esencia K-8 school, which will serve kindergarten to eighth grade students living in the villages of Sendero and Esencia. Esencia K-8 is scheduled to open for instruction in August 2018. The 14-acre campus has been designed with cutting edge features including a modular Innovation Center to replace the traditional library as well as technologically advanced classrooms to create a more dynamic learning experience.
