FINAL PHASE OF NEW HOMES DEBUT AT ESENCIA ON THE RANCH
Thousands of home shoppers celebrated the Grand Opening of the new NorthWalk Neighborhoods, the final phase of new homes in the hillside village of Esencia on Rancho Mission Viejo! Named for its location along the northernmost point of Esencia, the NorthWalk Neighborhoods are priced from the high $300s to over $1 million.
The nine new NorthWalk Neighborhoods are rolling out in a series of Grand Openings taking place through early 2018. The first three NorthWalk neighborhoods opened on October 22:
• Modena by Meritage Homes – paired homes with welcoming Transitional Farmhouse inspired architecture and open concept home plans, ranging 1,479 - 1,962 sq. ft., and priced

November 12 will mark the second in a series of
Grand Openings, at which three additional neighborhoods will be available for purchase: Azure and Cobalt by The New Home
Company, contemporary attached residences priced in the high $300s and the
low $500s respectively, and Vivaz by Cal Atlantic Homes, one- and two-story single-family homes priced from the high $600s.
Shuttles will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to take guests from the model homes in The North- Walk Neighborhoods to the award-winning Hilltop Club.
