Olivia Newton-John is hoping to hightail it out of the Santa Ynez Valley, where her 12-acre horse ranch of four years is on the market for $5.4 million.

Tucked into a private enclave on the Santa Ynez River, the scenic estate makes the most of its space. There’s a contemporaryvibe home built in 2008, a twobedroom guesthouse, a four-car garage, a swimming pool and equestrian features such as a barn, stable, riding arena and pastures.

Wood accents touch up the main residence, lining the skylighted ceilings in the great room, the windows in the gourmet kitchen and the walls in the sunroom. Other highlights include an office and game room.

Joe Walsh, the legendary singer-songwriter-guitarist, has listed his stylish nest in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $5.3 million.

Tucked behind walls and gates, the single-story house dates to 1966 but has been extensively renovated and reimagined with an emphasis on designer details. Think subdued hues, lacy wall treatments and eye-catching chandeliers.

Surrounded by lush landscaping and palms, the 3,820-squarefoot house is decked out with a whole-house stereo system, floorto-ceiling sliding doors, a wall fireplace in the living room, a milky white chef’s kitchen and a media room/den. A 600-square-foot recording studio was added by Walsh during his stay. To borrow from his 1978 hit, life’s been good.

Outside, there are a covered patio with a fireplace, a pool and a spa. A motor court and two-car garage sit off the gated entry.

Walsh, 71, was an established musician with the James Gang and Barnstorm bands when he joined the Eagles in 1975. His hits with the Eagles include “Hotel California,” “Life in the Fast Lane” and “Heartache Tonight.” He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the group in 1998. As a solo artist, the rocker has released more than a dozen albums, including the hit records “The Smoker You Drink, the Player You Get” and “But Seriously, Folks …” Walsh, who owns other property in Southern California, bought the house six years ago for $3.95 million.

Former child star checks out

Danny Bonaduce of “The Partridge Family” fame has made quick work of selling his Hollywood condominium of more than a decade.

The actor’s three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit hit the market in February and sold in about two months for $925,000. It had been listed for $1.05 million.

The 2,740-square-foot unit includes an open-concept living room, an updated kitchen, an office and a private balcony. A bonus room on the lower level has been transformed into a weight room with a sauna. Views from the rooftop deck take in the Hollywood Hills and bustling Hollywood Boulevard.

Three side-by-side parking spaces — a hard-to-come-by feature in the urban neighborhood — were also included in the deal.

Bonaduce, 59, bought the unit in 2007 with his now ex-wife, Gretchen, for $825,000.

The actor, producer and radio host this year had a guest role on the ABC comedy “The Kids Are Alright.” His numerous television credits also include “That ’70s Show” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” Since 2011, he has co-hosted “The Danny Bonaduce &Sarah Morning Show” on Seattle’s KZOK-FM.

The longtime home of Hollywood film producer Edward S. Feldman has come on the market in the Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills for $6.295 million.

Apiece of Paul Simon is up for grabs in Connecticut, where the prolific singer-songwriter has listed his Georgian mansion for $13.9 million.

The stately brick home isn’t the property’s only draw. In addition to 32 acres of meadows and vistas, the estate holds a guest cottage/ studio where Simon recorded his last four albums.

The park-like property in New Canaan, an affluent town about an hour outside New York City, sits behind a stone wall and gated entry. Walled gardens and courtyards surround the main residence, which was built in 1938 and holds six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and five fireplaces across 8,525 square feet.

Simon, 77, rose to prominence in the 1950s and ’60s with Art Garfunkel as the folk-rock duo Simon and Garfunkel. Their hits included “The Sound of Silence,” “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “Mrs. Robinson,” which became the first rock song to win the Grammy for record of the year in 1969. Simon has received16 Grammys.

As a solo artist, he’s recorded 14 studio albums since 1965. His1986 album “Graceland” sold an estimated 16 million copies and was added to the National Recording Registry in 2007.
