NEW HONORS FOR PARDEE HOMES LA VENTURA

The past year’s additions to the builder/developer’s growing roster of honors are from the Gold Nugget Awards, Best in American Living Awards (BALA), The SoCal Awards and the Best Companies Group.

Community Planning— Pardee’s Verano at Aliento was a Gold Nugget Award winner, taking a Grand for
community excellence for 55+ homebuyers. BALA has also named Verano
a 55+ Community winner, with the exact honor to be announced at the International Builders Show in February. Both honors follow 2017 community kudos for Arista at Aliento, from BALA and SoCal Awards judges.

Two of Verano at Aliento also took Gold Nugget honors, with an Award of Merit for architectural and floorplan excellence in the 2018 competition. Plan Two was also a Finalist in the 2018 SoCal Awards.Aristaat Aliento took similar honors in the 2017 Nationals, and honors for model home interiors in the 2017 Nationals and SoCal Awards.
Marketing Prowess—Division Director of Sales and Marketing Lyndsay Fuller was named “Marketing Professional of the Year” in the 2018 SoCal Awards.Praised
by judges for her understanding of distinct market segments, Fuller was noted
for her clear grasp of all facets of newhome marketing. Fuller was also named to the “40 Under 40” class
of exceptional achievers. Judged by Professional Builder magazine, honorees are selected from a national pool of nominations.
