This year marks Dark Delicacies’ 20th year operating in Burbank. Owners Sue and Del Howison also are residents of Burbank, a place they call asmall town surrounded by abig city.They currently are in their third location, with eachmove giving them more floor space for their eclectic collection of horror-related books, clothes, jewelry,toys and avariety of DVDs.
