In 1973, when she was pregnant with her third child, Chris, Gerri Cragnotti started selling real estate in Glendale. For several years she was the leading agent at a large reputable firm in town, and in 1984 she and three partners branched off to create a formidable brokerage of their own.
After four years, Gerri decided she was ready to be on her own.
In 1988, she established G&C Properties. Her sister Claudia, a successful real estate broker on the Westside, became Gerri’s broker and the “C” in G&C. Gerri quickly attained her own broker’s license and so the “C” went unattached to anyone until 2006 when Chris Cragnotti joined the company.
Over the years, Gerri has had the opportunity to hand pick a few bright stars in the REALTOR ® community to join her team, and today G&C Properties is home to six busy agents. Gerri and Chris are joined by Leanne Reynolds, Ana Connell and Kim Canon, and by Gerri’s full-time licensed assistant of over two decades, Mary Jo Pulk.
For 30 years, G&C Properties has been a respected, local family-owned brokerage with the mission to provide thoughtful, honest and principled representation of Glendale’s diverse homeowner community.
Giving back to the city whenever possible, G&C prides itself on being a good corporate citizen and supports many local non-profit organizations, such as The Glendale Historical Society, Mark Keppel and Hoover High School, St. Vincent De Paul, the Salvation Army and Jewel City/JWV Little League, and our neighborhood homeowner associations, to name a few.
G&C Properties is again thankful to the Glendale News-Press readers who voted The Biggest Small Company In Town as Glendale’s Best Real Estate Company, 2017 and 2018.
