Daron Tooch focuses on managed care litigation and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for healthcare providers in civil actions and arbitrations against health plans. He represents hospitals, medical groups, physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, surgery centers, and home health companies in arbitrations and in federal and state courts.

Tooch has also represented healthcare providers in class actions and has recovered millions of dollars against health plans in actions involving retroactive rescissions of patients' policies. With decades of trial experience, he has tried over 100 cases before juries, judges and arbitrators in federal, state and administrative courts. In 2017, he obtained the second highest verdict for breach of contract claims in California. With more than 25 years of experience in whitecollar criminal defense, Tooch also represents defendants and witnesses in both federal and state white-collar criminal cases, including entities and individuals in False Claims Act and Insurance Fraud Protection Act cases.
