With over 32 years of experience in management consulting, Tim Britt began building Synoptek – now a full-service consulting and IT outsourcing business – in 2001. Synoptek is his direct response to the need for high-value consulting and IT outsourcing services driven by results.

Under Britt’s leadership, Synoptek has completed over 10 acquisitions. Between 2020 and 2022, Synoptek grew significantly. The work was prodigious but Britt and his management team persevered, working 80-hour work weeks with diligence and ownership to realize the company’s mission and vision. Since the evolution of the company, he took on a philosophy that said, "We can do it better," and it spread. Britt has been instrumental in a number of people-oriented initiatives for Synoptek, including a management training program for scaling up within the company as well as company growth practices. These practices include the Synoptek DNA along with the company’s mission and vision.
