In 2016, Jeremy Bronfman co-founded Lincoln Avenue Capital (LAC) with Eli Bronfman with a commitment to providing individuals, seniors and families with quality, sustainable and affordable homes. Headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, LAC is a mission-driven acquirer and developer at the forefront of building and preserving affordable and workforce housing properties.

Drawing on his family’s legacy of philanthropic leadership, Bronfman has built a company that is committed to positively impacting the communities it serves and creating long-term value for its stakeholders. Over the last couple of years, he has emerged as a key leader in addressing one of the greatest issues our country faces today: a shortage of affordable housing. Under his leadership, Lincoln Avenue Capital today serves more than 50,000 residents through 100 properties across 18 states.
