Carrillo is the CEO of Partake Collective, a ghost kitchen developer and operator who has led the launch of the innovative hospitality concept by lowering the barrier of entry to open a food-based business for diverse and underrepresented community small business owners. Through Carrillo’s exemplary leadership within the organization, Partake is delivering an entrepreneurial ecosystem whereby a small business owner can start, launch, and expand their food-based concept by using the resources Partake provides including its ghost kitchens, prep kitchens, test kitchens, and turn-key communal kitchens, pop-up restaurant space and outdoor pop-up cocktail space.
