As a leader, she respects her team’s opinions, differences, and contributions, encouraging them to focus on their strengths and passions, which drives Cloudvirga’s success.
She has held executive positions at several tech-enabled services companies, such as Covius, where she served as general counsel and enterprise compliance officer, as well as specialty providers such as Statebridge and Murrayhill.
Moskver has established and grown strong legal frameworks at several start-up companies. Her focus on a “culture of compliance” contributed to her reputation as one of the most notable general counsels in the mortgage industry and across the nation. In her four years with Cloudvirga, she has climbed the ranks from chief legal and compliance officer to CFO, and now CEO. Also, she played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of Cloudvirga by Stewart in 2021.
