Celine Martin started her career with Johnson & Johnson nearly 25 years ago at Ethicon, where she helped accelerate the global adoption of minimally invasive surgery. From there, she’s had a hand in growing many of Johnson & Johnson’s subsidiaries, including Biosense Webster, a global leader in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders.

On her journey to her current role as company group chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s portfolio of high-growth MedTech businesses, she has developed and shaped strategies that lead to business transformations and top performance across financials, innovation, and talent advancement.

Martin is well known growing emerging start-ups to billion-dollar companies to improve the quality of life for millions of patients across the globe. Her ability to pioneer and drive growth within Johnson & Johnson is equally as impactful. She has played a critical role in advancing the ambition of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, including defining new standards of care for atrial fibrillation, strokes, and minimally invasive surgery. Under her leadership, Biosense Webster had their highest-ever Q1 earnings in 2023.

In this last quarter, Martin oversaw incredible progress in Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s efforts to develop cutting-edge technologies and solutions, such as pulsed field ablation (PFA), that have the potential to transform standards of care for patients with AFib.

As a female leader within the world’s largest healthcare company, she is a vocal advocate for women in STEM and aims to use her platform to inspire the next generation of female leaders. Martin plays an active role in Johnson & Johnson’s Women’s Leadership & Inclusion employee resource group. Currently, half of Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s leadership team is female – an amazing feat for equity across the board. She focuses heavily on mentorship and participates in a reverse mentorship program to stay connected with younger colleagues.

Her love for learning and mentoring stems from her education. Martin holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in marketing management from EM Normandie Business School.

Laura Khouri

Laura Khouri is a visionary leader and philanthropist who has made a significant impact in the real estate industry, overseeing more than 175 apartment communities worth over $8 billion. Marcia Manker is the CEO of Memorial-Care Orange Coast and Saddleback Medical Centers, leading acute-care hospitals in Orange County as part of Memorial-Care’s nonprofit healthcare delivery system. Under her leadership, the hospitals have established centers of excellence, including the MemorialCare Heart & Vascular Institute and MemorialCare Cancer Institute. Both hospitals have been recognized for nursing excellence and patient care with the Magnet® designation and an "A" grade from the Leapfrog Group. They have also been consistently named as Top Workplaces in Orange County. Manker's accomplishments have earned her prestigious awards and she actively serves on various advisory boards. She holds a bachelor of science in biological sciences and an MBA. Manker is also driving transformative change in women's healthcare with the forthcoming MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Women's Health Pavilion.



Dawn Maroney

Dawn Maroney is a respected health plan expert with 30 years of experience and a pioneer in Medicare, Medicaid, and underserved markets. Her impact extends beyond business, volunteering with Project Angel Food and supporting her alma mater UC Berkeley.
