Founder and CEO of Marque Urgent Care Pierre Bergougnan has spent the last 14 years growing one of Southern California’s top-ranked urgent care providers into a multicounty operation known for innovation and patient-centered service. Since launching Marque in 2010, he has led its expansion across Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties while maintaining its recognition as a “Top Workplace” and “Best Urgent Care” by The Orange County Register for nine consecutive years. Bergougnan also founded Marque Investments in 2008, a firm that provides capital and advisory services to early-stage ventures in the medical and tech sectors. His career began in private equity and structured finance, where he facilitated over $1 billion in deals. He has driven Marque’s growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions and the integration of telehealth innovations. Through his role, Bergougnan actively supports AbilityFirst and the Urgent Care Association’s advocacy efforts.
