Executive Women International Pomona Valley Chapter will hold the 3rd Annual 2017 Women’s Leadership Conference, June 23 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Claremont.

“This event provides an opportunity for business leaders to make a difference in our communities, whether it is mentoring or donating to our scholarship program,” said Lorraine Kindred, president of the Pomona Valley Chapter, which covers the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. “We want to make a difference and help women thrive in their careers and their communities.”
Proceeds from the event will support the ASIST Scholarship program, which helps local women in transition to further their educational goals as they work to create a better life for themselves and their families.
Upland Mayor Debbie Stone will award the scholarships to the 2017 recipients.
The event will feature Lori Giovannoni, an awardwinning speaker, author and businesswoman, JuliAnn Stitick, a personal brand strategist who has worked with Lexus, Nordstrom and Disney, and Dorothy Breininger, host of the nationally-acclaimed T.V. show, “Hoarders.”
The chapter has been in existence for 65 years.
