The City of Rancho Cucamonga is accepting applications for parade entries for the City’s Founders Day Community Parade, themed “Through the Eyes of a Child: Celebrating Children’s Storybooks.”

The parade is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, and will begin on Day Creek Boulevard just south of Foothill Boulevard and continue south to Jack Benny Drive and conclude at the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter.

The City encourages businesses, schools, youth groups and other organizations to submit parade entry applications to participate in the Founders Day Community Parade. There is no entrance fee for nonprofit community organizations, and a minimal entry fee of $50 for all commercial business entries. The application deadline is Oct. 1.

All participants must pre-register by completing an entry application available online at www.RCpark.
