When you think of restaurants with a view in Las Vegas, you probably think of Top of the World, the award-winning restaurant located on the 106th floor of the Stratosphere Tower that revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes.
And while there´s no doubt Top of the World is hard to beat for magnificent panoramic views of the city, it isn´t the only restautant in town that offers guests a feast for the eyes.
One of the newest restaurants in Las Vegas to offer a
breathtaking view of the city is also one of the Strip´s most exclusive.
Seating just 72, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire (888.881.9367) is the only
restaurant in the country where people can experience the extraordinary
cuisine of the three-star Michelin chef. Located on the 23rd floor of
Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Twist offers diners a choice of either a
six-course tasting menu or á la carte dishes, plus delicious views of
the glittering Las Vegas skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows.

of the most dramatic perspectives of the Strip in town, courtesy of
16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a staggering 280-degree
view. As if the view from this 56th-floor perch weren´t impressive
enough, the menu by Chef André Rochat is just as exquisite. Particularly
delectable dishes include the imported Dover sole served three ways:
Véronique, Grenobloise or Amandine.
For the ultimate in sky-high dining, Mix (702.632.9500),

views of the city while enjoying French and American dishes from
renowned chef Alain Ducasse. Whatever entrée you decide on, be sure to
order a side of the Mix macaroni and cheese with ham and Gruyére.
Only one restaurant in town lays claim to "the most
romantic table-with-a-view in the city." Not surprisingly, that table is
at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas (702.948.6937).
Located 100 feet above Las Vegas Boulevard inside the resort´s replica
Eiffel Tower, the French restaurant offers diners a fabulous view of the
Fountains of Bellagio. Chef J. Joho´s delicious entrées, like the
roasted rack of lamb, are equally memorable, Though the view is
fantastic no matter where you sit, it´s the table located directly in
the corner of the restaurant, where the only view is of the Strip and
your date, that´s perhaps the best in the city.
Finlly, Panevino Ristorante (702.222.2400) offers guests
one of the most dazzling views of the Strip in town-right at ground
level. Located just one block east of Las Vegas Boulevard at 246 Via
Antonio Ave., the restaurant has slanted window walls that let diners
take in the Strip´s neon lights as they their palates to some of the
best Italian food in Las Vegas. Seriously, nothing on Panevino´s menu
disappoints, especially the heavenly gnocchi alla caprese - homemade
potato dumplings with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil.
