Ingredients:
- 6 ounces butter
- 1 pound, 14 ounces Ecuador chocolate
- 12 eggs
- 3-1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Whip
eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until doubled in size, add melted butter and
chocolate to egg mixture. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into large
sheet pan with a nonstick baking liner. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. One recipe
makes 15 large pieces.
This recipe has been modified for home kitchens from
the commercial version.
