The chefs at Hexx Chocolate & Confexxions create handcrafted chocolate from cacao beans they import from growers around the world. They keep it simple, using only two ingredients in their pure chocolate: cacao beans — ground into a paste called cocoa mass — and organic palm sugar. Their milk chocolate is crafted in a similar way, with organic milk and vanilla.

Bite into the Aztec Cake for a taste of chocolate from Venezuela. Their espresso torte and chocolate pudding are made with chocolate from Tanzania, and their Mille Crepe Cake gets its chocolate from Madagascar.
