The chefs at Hexx Chocolate & Confexxions create
handcrafted chocolate from cacao beans they import from growers around the world.
They keep it simple, using only two ingredients in their pure chocolate: cacao
beans — ground into a paste called cocoa mass — and organic palm sugar. Their
milk chocolate is crafted in a similar way, with organic milk and vanilla.
Bite into the Aztec Cake for a taste of chocolate from
Venezuela. Their espresso torte and chocolate pudding are made with chocolate
from Tanzania, and their Mille Crepe Cake gets its chocolate from Madagascar.
You can even watch the talented chefs make chocolate at the counter in true
