As a manager of new home construction projects for 10 years, she excelled as a result of her business sense, attention to detail and focus on advancing her knowledge of the industry. Though she enjoyed learning more about building materials and architecture, Sessa was motivated to pursue a career in residential purchases and sales by her love for working with people. “The sense of accomplishment that comes from helping people achieve their goals has made my career incredibly fulfilling,” Sessa noted.
