With the addition of Julie Hile to the training department, Prudential California Realty has enhanced its ability to provide real estate professionals with an advanced level of resources and support. A broker associate, Hile’s background in real estate spans 35 years and encompasses multiple aspects of the industry, from management and training to residential purchases and sales.
Though highly experienced in marketing, client management and corporate relocation services, Hile is especially knowledgeable about the latest technologies pertaining to real estate. For nearly two years, she has been teaching Prudential agents about the impact of technology and social media on the real estate business, by visiting the company’s Orange County offices to work with small groups, and by leading a number of informational courses at the corporate training center in Irvine.
