Michael Muellerleile joins Surterre Properties team

licensed real estate professional since 1999, Michael Muellerleile is now part of Surterre Properties, where he works alongside his wife Linda to offer the Newport Coast area incomparable real estate experiences.

Together, Michael and Linda promise sound guidance throughout the full course of any real estate transaction plus a penchant for providing a brand of service as discreet as it is attentive.

Having resided in Newport Coast for more than a decade, the Muellerleiles also bring a firsthand understanding of the area.

Over the course of his career, Michael has gained significant experience handling residential rental properties. But what sets him apart from others is his diverse background and valuable skill set. Apracticing attorney who focuses on corporate and securities law, Michael also holds an MBA in finance.

“My legal background has provided me with robust analytic and negotiation skills,” Michael said.

“It also made me extremely detail-oriented and diligent in all aspects of a transaction. Meanwhile, my finance background has given me the technical ability to provide analyses that most agents simply cannot do.”

Michael completed his undergraduate work at Cal State Long Beach before earning his JD and MBA at Pepperdine University.
