Ryan Reed is a DTLA-based senior relationship manager within IDB Bank’s Commercial Banking CRE Group. As a highly accomplished financial services professional, Reed’s focus is on developing and delivering solutions to help his commercial real estate clients grow and succeed. He manages relationships with some of the most prominent commercial real estate investors in Los Angeles.

Reed has been busy in his second year at IDB helping investors secure the financing and strong banking relationships needed for a range of portfolio and deal types. Throughout 2021, he worked hard to help put together and implement creative financing solutions to help his clients navigate the ever-changing market landscape and the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 crisis. Specifically, Reed and his team collectively provided solutions for his clients’ financing and banking needs for land, bridge, development, and term debt, while in the process adding to a substantial, existing nine-figure portfolio.
