Shlomi Ronen is a managing principal and founder of Dekel Capital, where he is focused on raising equity and debt for investors and developers acquiring both performing and non-performing assets. In his last 18 years as a real estate capital advisor, Ronen has secured more than $3 billion in equity, mezzanine and debt financing on behalf of investors and developers for projects throughout the U.S., positioning himself as an industry leader.

Ronen takes an active role in all facets of his company’s business, spearheading corporate development, investment origination, capital formation and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Under his leadership, Dekel Capital strives to build partnerships with leading commercial real estate developers and investors. This holistic approach has led to a boutique practice in which his firm typically manages the complete universe of financing and other capital markets activities for clients’ commercial real estate portfolios.
