In the highly competitive market of CRE finance, the ability to raise above the pack is a difficult process. However, Kevin Miller, CEO and founding member of Thorofare Capital, has been doing just that as the driving force behind the establishment of the firm’s core investment philosophy. This strategy has been so successful, the firm was recently acquired by the Collidine Group, an asset management platform specializing in yield-oriented investment strategies.

Under Miller’s leadership, Thorofare Capital had launched a series of private debt funds in addition to structuring two strategic partnerships to provide deal origination and loan servicing to DoubleLine Capital for their private equity funds. As the CEO, Miller was and will continue to be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the firm. He continues to be embedded in the capital formation and execution of each strategy the firm undertakes.
