As co-founder and managing partner of RAJ Capital and Revitate, Lisa Bhathal Merage brings two decades of leadership across private equity, consumer brands and social impact. At Revitate, she also serves as chief impact officer, where she founded the Revitate Foundation to align the firm’s philanthropic initiatives with broader impact strategies. Merage previously led RAJ Swim, her family’s legacy swimwear company, overseeing its sale in the largest private equity buyout in the industry’s history. Her work earned her recognition as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim’s “Designer of the Year” in 2012 and Modern Luxury’s “Altruist of the Year” in 2015. In professional sports, she serves as governor for the Portland Thorns (NWSL) and Portland’s upcoming WNBA expansion team. She also plays a key leadership role in the NWSL as chair of the marketing and commercial committee and member of its strategic planning committee, further advancing her commitment to elevating women’s sports and brand development at a national level.
