Each year, the Exceptional Children’s Foundation (ECF) creates opportunities for over 3,800 young children, students and adults living with special needs – helping them to reach their greatest potential.

You can help ECF provide them with a lifespan of services from 15 community-based sites throughout L.A. County, including: early childhood development programs, K-12 specialized education, school counseling and mental health services, employment training and placement, and supportive residential opportunities.

Together, we can make it possible for children and adults with special needs to gain the skills and confidence to live beyond their limits, and look forward to their most independent future.
