Painting Women at Bellagio “Painting Women” is an art exhibition presented by the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. The collection showcases 34 paintings spanning from 1860 to 1950 and illustrates women artists, their activism and their artistic achievements. Mary Cassatt, Georgia O’Keeffe and Berthe Morisot are among the masters whose work will be on display. A portrait by French painter Louise Elisabeth Vigee Le Brun, a predecessor and role model to many of the featured artists, will introduce the series. The retrospective is on view through Oct. 23. N9NE Steakhouse
Calling all carnivores! Part of the $50 million
renovation at the Palms, the new N9NE Steakhouse has a chic, modern interior as
well as an expanded bill of fare. Don’t worry though, many signature dishes are
still on the menu, including the 48-ounce Prime Ribeye Tomahawk for two, priced
at $145. “The secret is in the quality and the attention we pay to the USDA
prime aged beef,” Executive Chef Barry Dakake said of his award winning steaks.
“It’s always been that way and why our customers keep coming back.”
