Rose. Rabbit. Lie.
Nightlife with a (plot) twist
Part club, part restaurant, part bar, part live
performance, Rose. Rabbit. Lie. At the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a throwback
to social clubs of yore — but with a hip and modern twist. This grand social
experiment is an interactive mash-up of unconventional entertainment, exquisite
fare, divine cocktails and funky exhibitions. Just some of what you’ll find:
avant-garde performances; a sparkling champagne tower created from nearly 400
crystal coupe glasses; a punch bowl perfect for mixing and mingling with
friends and new acquaintances; and martinis poured tableside in
nitrogen-chilled glasses.
The nightly theatrics — created by Spiegel world,
which specializes in reinvented cabaret, circus and vaudeville acts with a
21st-century aesthetic — are woven throughout the venue and flow between rooms:
a library, study, music room, swimming pool and ballroom. The anchor
entertainment, Vegas Nocturne, has three distinct cantos (8 p.m., 10 p.m. and
late night).
“At Rose. Rabbit. Lie., the entertainment builds and
intensifies, while the venue’s personality evolves and transforms with each
passing hour,” said John Unwin, CEO of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. “We set
the stage, but our guests will play a critical role in directing the flow,
creating the chemistry that lights up the night.”
Complementing Rose. Rabbit. Lie.’s seductive cocktails
are classic dishes reinvented as shared plates. Think classic comfort food with
a modern touch — Waldorf salad, crispy oysters Rockefeller and lobster Newburg.
Rose. Rabbit. Lie. Is like a great party — you can’t exactly define it, but you
never want it to end.
