This watering hole is a great place to chill out, watch a game on HDTV and sip cocktails served in coffee mugs so you don’t elicit the attention of cops. Perhaps try their specialty, the Flaming Side Car — Grand Marnier, cognac and rum, garnished with a flaming lemon rind.
