GREAT WEATHER, GREAT EATS THIS SPRING

Ahh, springtime in Vegas. The weather is perfect, the mood is giddy, and a slew of new restaurants are popping up all over town. Check out these new eateries, and earn both bragging rights and a happy palate.

The latest spring arrival is Zuma — an elegant izakaya-style modern Japanese gastro pub in the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas that started in London and now adds Vegas to its list of locations across the world. Uber-chef/founder Rainer Becker’s menu features a host of interesting dishes from Zuma’s three kitchens — the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. As part of the informal izakaya experience, meant to-be-shared dishes are brought to the table continuously throughout the meal.
